Treatments and services that have already been performed are non-refundable, subject to applicable UAE laws and consumer-protection requirements.

Refund requests relating to unused prepaid treatments or packages will be reviewed individually, taking into consideration any services already provided, products supplied, package conditions and applicable UAE regulations.

Opened, used, personalized, prescription, injectable, medical or temperature-sensitive products cannot normally be returned or refunded unless defective or otherwise required under applicable law.

If a refund for an online or card payment is approved, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method.

The time required for an approved refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
